Sezish ilovasi (iOS va Android) MAJENTO MCHJ (Toshkent, Oʼzbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan. Ushbu sahifa ilova qaysi maʼlumotlarni qayta ishlashi va ular bilan nima boʼlishini tushuntiradi.
Audio
Ilova mikrofondan ovozni faqat oʼzingiz boshlaganingizda yozib oladi: tarjimon rejimida, uchrashuv yozib olishda va diktovkada. Yozuv boʼlaklari nutqni tanib olish va tarjima qilish uchun himoyalangan aloqa (TLS) orqali serverimizga yuboriladi. Server audioni jonli tarzda qayta ishlaydi va javobdan keyin uni saqlamaydi.
Matnlar
Tanib olingan matn serverimiz orqali mashina tarjimasi xizmatiga uzatiladi. Matnlar modellarni oʼrgatish uchun ishlatilmaydi va serverda saqlanmaydi.
Saqlash
Uchrashuv yozuvlari, transkriptlar va diktovkalar faqat qurilmangizda saqlanadi. Ilovada yozuvni oʼchirsangiz, u qaytarib boʼlmas tarzda oʼchadi. Biz yozuvlaringizni koʼra olmaymiz.
Serverda saqlash va oʼchirish
Server audio va matnni operativ xotirada qayta ishlaydi va javobdan keyin saqlamaydi. Serverda saqlanadigan narsa yoʼq - oʼchiriladigan narsa ham yoʼq. Qurilmadagi yozuvlar ilovada butunlay oʼchiriladi. Maʼlumotlar boʼyicha savollar: [email protected].
Hisob va kuzatuv
Ilova roʼyxatdan oʼtishsiz ishlaydi. Unda reklama, analitika va trekerlar yoʼq. Biz qurilma identifikatorlarini va joylashuv maʼlumotlarini yigʼmaymiz.
Uchinchi shaxslarga uzatish
Maʼlumotlar sotilmaydi va uchinchi shaxslarga berilmaydi; yuqorida aytilgan tanib olish va tarjima jarayoni bundan mustasno.
Tarjima uchun matn bizning server orqali til modeliga yuboriladi. Model provayderi faqat gap matnini oladi - siz yoki qurilmangiz haqidagi maʼlumotlarsiz. Provayder maʼlumotlarni ushbu siyosatda tavsiflanganidan kam boʼlmagan darajada himoya qilishi shart va matndan modellarni oʼqitish uchun foydalanmaydi.
Rozilikni qaytarib olish

Ushbu siyosat ilovani tavsiflaydi. sezi.sh saytining oʼzida biz sahifalarga tashriflarni tushunish uchun veb-analitika xizmatlaridan (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika) foydalanamiz. Ular brauzerning standart texnik maʼlumotlarini oladi: sahifa manzili, qurilma turi, mamlakat. Google Analytics va Yandex Metrika cookie fayllaridan foydalanadi. Analitika ilovalar va botda qoʼllanilmaydi hamda audio yoki matnlarni olmaydi - jumladan, bosh sahifadagi demo-yozuvdan ham. Demo ham server tomonidan xuddi shunday, saqlanmasdan qayta ishlanadi.

Приложение sezish (iOS и Android) разработано MAJENTO MCHJ (Ташкент, Узбекистан). Эта страница описывает, какие данные обрабатывает приложение и что с ними происходит.
Аудио
Приложение записывает звук с микрофона только по вашей команде: в режиме переводчика, при записи встречи и при диктовке. Фрагменты записи передаются по защищённому соединению (TLS) на наш сервер для распознавания речи и перевода. Сервер обрабатывает аудио в оперативном режиме и не сохраняет его после ответа.
Тексты
Распознанный текст реплик передаётся через наш сервер сервису машинного перевода. Тексты не используются для обучения моделей и не сохраняются на сервере.
Хранение
Записи встреч, транскрипты и диктовки хранятся только на вашем устройстве. Удаление записи в приложении удаляет её безвозвратно. Мы не имеем доступа к вашим записям.
Хранение на сервере и удаление
Сервер обрабатывает аудио и текст в оперативной памяти и не сохраняет их после ответа. На сервере нечего хранить - и нечего удалять. Записи на устройстве удаляются в приложении безвозвратно. Вопросы и запросы по данным: [email protected].
Аккаунты и трекинг
Приложение работает без регистрации. В нём нет рекламы, аналитики и трекеров. Мы не собираем идентификаторы устройства и данные о местоположении.
Передача третьим лицам
Данные не продаются и не передаются третьим лицам, кроме описанной выше обработки распознавания и перевода.
Для перевода текст обрабатывается языковой моделью через наш сервер. Провайдер модели получает только текст реплики, без каких-либо данных о вас или вашем устройстве, обязан защищать данные не слабее, чем описано в этой политике, и не использует текст для обучения моделей.
Отзыв согласия
Согласие на облачную обработку вы даёте при первом запуске приложения. Отозвать его можно, прекратив пользоваться приложением или удалив его; записи на устройстве удаляются вместе с приложением.
Дети
Приложение не адресовано детям младше 13 лет и не собирает данные о возрасте.
Сайт sezi.sh
Эта политика описывает приложение. На самом сайте sezi.sh мы используем сервисы веб-аналитики (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Яндекс Метрика), чтобы понимать посещаемость страниц. Они получают стандартные технические данные браузера: адрес страницы, тип устройства, страну. Google Analytics и Яндекс Метрика используют cookie. Аналитика не применяется в приложениях и боте и не получает ни аудио, ни тексты - в том числе из демо-записи на главной странице: демо обрабатывается сервером так же, без сохранения.
Изменения
При изменении политики обновлённая версия публикуется на этой странице.

The sezish app (iOS and Android) is developed by MAJENTO MCHJ (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). This page describes what data the app processes and what happens to it.
Audio
The app records microphone audio only when you start it: in translator mode, during meeting recording and during dictation. Audio segments are sent over an encrypted connection (TLS) to our server for speech recognition and translation. The server processes audio on the fly and does not store it after responding.
Text
Recognized text is passed through our server to a machine translation service. Texts are not used for model training and are not stored on the server.
Storage
Meeting recordings, transcripts and dictations are stored only on your device. Deleting a recording in the app removes it permanently. We cannot access your recordings.
Server storage and deletion
The server processes audio and text in memory and does not keep them after responding. There is nothing stored on the server - and nothing to delete. Recordings on the device are removed permanently from the app. Questions and data requests: [email protected].
Accounts and tracking
The app works without registration. It contains no ads, analytics or trackers. We do not collect device identifiers or location data.
Sharing with third parties
Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except for the recognition and translation processing described above.
For translation, text is processed by a language model through our server. The model provider receives only the text of the utterance, without any data about you or your device, is required to protect that data no less than described in this policy, and does not use the text to train models.
Withdrawing consent
You give consent to cloud processing on the first launch of the app. You can withdraw it by ceasing to use the app or by deleting it; recordings on the device are removed together with the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect age data.
The sezi.sh website
This policy describes the app. On the sezi.sh website itself we use web analytics services (Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) to understand page traffic. They receive standard technical browser data: page address, device type, country. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica use cookies. Analytics is not used in the apps or the bot and never receives audio or texts - including the demo recording on the home page: the demo is processed by the server the same way, without storage.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
